I'm Claire, a passionate health advocate with a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy, Health and Life Coaching certificates, and I'm a qualified Yoga Teacher. My love for food - especially desserts - and the occasional glass of wine inspires my belief in balance and joyful living.

My career began with me soaring as a flight attendant, which led me to train crew in service and leadership, sparking a passion for behavior change and neuroscience-based coaching. Travelling widely exposed me to diverse cultures but also health challenges, prompting me to combine my love for movement with nutrition, eventually earning a Nutritional Therapy degree to deepen my scientific understanding of wellbeing.

This journey from flying high to grounded nutrition has been transformative, blending practical habits with science-backed insight. Now, as a nutritional therapist, I'm dedicated to helping others uncover the root causes of their health challenges and develop sustainable lifestyle changes that fit their unique lives - proving the best is yet to come.
